It's Game Day!! The Junior High Football & Volleyball team head to Axtell from a 3 PM battle against the Axtell Wildcats. Then at 5 PM in Axtell there will be Reserve Volleyball. Good luck BUFFS!! Remember no JV Football tonight.

The Elm Creek Marching Band is headed North up Central Avenue right now!! They sound great! I can’t wait to watch this band grow in the coming years! Go Buffs!!

Good luck to the Elm Creek Marching Band today at the Kearney Band Fest. The parade route will go down railroad to the East and then up most of Central Avenue headed North. We can't wait to watch you!! We start marching at 10:18 am. GO BUFFS!

Elm Creek WINS!!! Elm Creek WINS!! A Hail Mary at the end of the game and we beat Central Valley 52-48!! Way to finish boys!!
Things are getting much closer here in Elm Creek. Our Buffs lead going into the 4th quarter 38-34 over Central Valley. Gotta finish boys!!

For the Homecoming Dance tomorrow night there will be no Grand March or introductions. The school will be open to the public to come take pictures of your students with their dates at the props from 7:30-8:15 PM. At 8:15 PM we will lock the school and ask everyone to leave but the kids and chaperones so we can get the dance going. We appreciate your cooperation and are looking forward to a great night! The kids have rocked it this week!! GO BUFFS!!

The ACT is the number one way all of our students can earn academic money from the post-secondary school, training, or certificate program they attend after high school. We encourage all students to begin taking this test at least once a year as early as the ninth grade, and at least twice a year in the tenth and eleventh grade. ACT prep is something we are doing with all students to help them prepare for success. The typical student scores higher every time they take it, so exposure and taking it more only helps.
