The Food Prep class went to Little Mexico in Kearney today, where they were kind enough to give us a front of house and back of house tour. We were able to see in action things the students have been studying all year, such as: time-temperature control, food safety, code compliance in food service, and how to implement cleaning and maintenance schedules. It was such an awesome experience! Thank you to the staff and especially manager Angela!

We will be drawing tomorrow at Noon for Pond Tini!
You can still purchase tickets in the main office and we will have students selling tickets prior to the drawing! We hope to see everyone at our free will burger feed/Pontoon drawing tomorrow
