
As of now I am planning on a regular school day tomorrow but I am checking conditions throughout the night. Sam and Buffy are helping.

The 8th graders are working on their text analysis skills by debating about self driving cars.





We are working on one-step equations in Intro to Pre-Algebra. Students are solving equations to put math symbol puzzles together.





The Bertrand and Elm Creek National Honor Societies are sponsoring a food drive at Friday’s Games. Bring food or a monetary donation for the food pantry to be entered in a drawing. Five winners will be drawn at half-time of the Boys Varsity Game to pie a volunteer in the face.


Shout out to Lane and Cody for finishing their assignments on linear inequalities and then helping answer questions that other students had trouble on.


Community Christmas Elves: We still have some tags left on our tree. Feel free to grab a couple while here for the Elementary Christmas Concert.

Game Day!! The Elm Creek Buffaloes travel to Lexington today to play the Minutemen & Minutemaids in Reserve Basketball action. Game time is 4:30 pm. GO BUFFS!!

Mark your calendars for Senior Night for Winter Sports. We will do this just like the Fall. We will have all parents stand up of underclassman participating in that sport. We will recognize them for their support of their student and the team with a round of applause. Once done, Seniors get announced each with their parent(s) and both will come out on the floor.

Working on a checking account packet in MS Business class. Students complete six months worth of writing checks, deposits, keeping a running balance in a register and a monthly bank reconciliation.


Girls in grades 3rd - 8th have been working hard on their basketball fundamentals each Saturday morning. It has been so fun to watch them improve every week!
