Mark your calendars our Elementary Field Day will be on Friday May 12th at 11:30. Rain date if needed will be on Monday May 15th at 11:30. This is a great day for our students that I LOVE being able to do for them every year.
Find an activity at home that will keep your body moving for a full 15 minutes. Examples include: building a snowman, sledding, completing a workout indoors with pushups/sit-ups, jumping jacks, running in place, chores around the house, shoveling the driveway and sidewalks.

Congrats to our very own Mike Shoff for being named to the 2023 NSWCA Hall of Fame Class. He was a fierce competitor and three time State Champion!! We are sure glad he’s a Buffalo now and sharing his knowledge with our students!!💪💪💪🦬🦬
