Due to impending weather conditions and out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our students and staff, Elm Creek Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, March 19th. All school-related activities and events for the day are also canceled.

The Elm Creek Band had a blast traveling to Lincoln to play for both the girls and boys basketball teams at state! What a great experience and we hope to continue to support all Elm Creek events with pride and cheer! Go Blue Live Gold!

Congrats Cole!! Cole competed in the Region 8 Elks Hoop Shoot contest in Colorado Springs. He represented NE and went against kids from WY, KS and CO. He shot 23/25 free throws winning his division and will compete at Nationals in Chicago the end of April. Go win a Natty Cole! Buff nation is proud are we are rooting for you!

We will have order forms for the 2024-25 Girls State Basketball 8x10 Photo in the office next week. The cost is $18 a print. If you want one please send a check made out to Elm Creek Public Schools and we will send one check. The deadline to order is 3:30 pm Friday, March 21st. If you have questions let Mr Marquez know.
As we are nearing the end of our Space Unit in CKLA, students in Mrs. Schopke's 3rd grade were put into groups to make posters about the 8 planets in our solar system! They had to draw a picture of the planets, and list facts about them too! They are doing a great job!

Th EC Speech team traveled to Maxwell today. Everyone performed very well. Keyan placed 4th in humorous. We are so proud of how much they have improved.
