We are not sending a reserve team to Ansley on September 10th due to our team going to Southern Valley for the JV/V triangular. We don't have enough players for a reserve team that night. JH Volleyball will still play the normally scheduled game. GO BUFFS!!
Last week a first grader, Cavan, brought a special instrument for show and tell in music class! He brought a bugle. This was especially interesting since the class has been studying brass instruments. The best part is that he was able to play it (see the clip in the comments!!).

KB played some Pac Man tag after they did their sit-ups for fitness testing on Tuesday. They love to play this game.
Students are spending the first few weeks of school fitness testing. Today Mrs. Schopke 3rd graders did their sit-ups. We are blessed to have the weight room so the kids don't hurt their backs on the gym floor. Students work so hard during fitness testing.
Lady Buffs fight back but fall short in set five 12-15 and lose 2 sets to 3.
Lady Buffs win set 4 25-23 to force a fifth and deciding set with Bertrand.
Lady Buffs lose set 3 14-25 and now trail 2-1. Have to have the next two.
Lady Buffs win set two 25-12 to even things up 1-1 with the Bertrand Vikings.
