Elm Creek decided to establish an ACT 30 record board starting with the class of 2023 moving forward. To get on the board a student must get a 30 on the ACT: Ava Brodine hit that mark last year and got us our board. It is now hanging on display outside the gym.
If you are Elm Creek alumni, scored a 30 or above on the ACT while attending school at EC and we can verify it we are going to do something for those. Please contact Mr Marquez at the school if this is you. Congrats Ava and thanks for setting the bar high!!

The kindergarten classes are studying the brass instruments (look for their papers that are coming home and ask them what they are!). Today they watched/read the classic book "Tubby the Tuba." The book, written in 1947, also teaches a great lesson about kindness!
